Description

Position Overview: 

The Project Coordinator is responsible for collaboration with the VP of Product Development to arrange logistics and organize ongoing company projects. The role includes monitoring project plans and schedules, participating in stakeholder meetings, cross-division schedules and deliveries, and ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:        

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder and product owner meetings; distribute minutes to all participants.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring project documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions or recommendations where applicable.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company
  • Exemplify the Core Values of Integrity, Respect, Collaboration and Follow-through

Additional Duties:

  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in common office software such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.

  • Time Management - able to manage work time in such a manner that ensures the accomplishment of specific objectives; sets priorities, goals, and timetables to achieve maximum productivity
  • Attention to Detail - able to accomplish a task with concern for all the areas involved, carefully monitoring the detail and quality of own work
  • Results Oriented - has a concern for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard or objective
  • Interpersonal skills - able to get along with others effectively, lead and influence the team, negotiate and collaborate with other development teams or external stakeholders
  • Conflict resolution - able to bring disagreements into the open and attempts to manage them collaboratively
  • Travel - Periodic local and international overnight travel, via air and car, is required

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Ability to work in an office environment. Specific abilities required by this job include: Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds; Near vision; hearing; ability to transport oneself as needed throughout the day; ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of time; manual dexterity (eye/hand coordination); repetitive arm/hand movements

  • cPanel is a 24/7 operation and nontraditional or extended hours (including weekends) may be required
