The Project Coordinator is responsible for collaboration with the VP of Product Development to arrange logistics and organize ongoing company projects. The role includes monitoring project plans and schedules, participating in stakeholder meetings, cross-division schedules and deliveries, and ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder and product owner meetings; distribute minutes to all participants.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Developing project strategies.
Ensuring project documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions or recommendations where applicable.
Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company

Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in common office software such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Communication skills - able to effectively transfer thoughts and express ideas orally or verbally in individual and group situations; presents oneself clearly and articulately when speaking; checks for understanding
