We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President (VP) of Sales, Americas. This VP role is a key executive responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the sales function for the Americas at WebPros, fostering a high-performance sales culture, executing sales strategies and building strong business relationships. This role will drive revenue growth, increase market share, and ensure the overall success of the sales department and WebPros.

The VP of Sales collaborates closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, customer success, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization. This includes sharing customer feedback, identifying market trends, and influencing product roadmap priorities based on customer needs and market demand. The VP of Sales is also responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and market conditions. This involves setting sales targets, forecasting sales projections, and developing plans to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a professional who oversees all sales operations, tasked with creating strategies to exceed WebPros organizational goals.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Americas region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Implement effective sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize productivity and performance across the sales organization.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity to executive leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans in the technology industry, preferably within the web hosting or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, centered on the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and partners at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of solution selling skills, preferably technical sales experience with the ability to manage multiple product sets.
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and thrive in a dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support Global sales activities.
