Position Overview
This is an entry level role responsible for overall front office activities and for directing and coordinating office services and related activities. The Office Assistant will assist the Admin Team in coordination of resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs general clerical duties that include copying, printing, scanning, mail/delivery services and filing and running periodic errands; provides administrative support to company Managers and Executives as neededTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Computer knowledge - strong knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software; strong knowledge of electronic communication systems; knowledge of Mac office products, including Pages and Numbers; knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word; able to navigate internet proficiently
Education/Experience – High School diploma or equivalent
Numeracy and literacy skills
Travel - Occasional travel will be required
