Position overview:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will develop an understanding of the value cPanel and WHMCS products provide to partners and direct customers. You will create the value proposition, messaging, and related external content to drive product adoption. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Sales, and central teams like Analytics, Research and Insights.
In this role, you will use customer insights and data, and your own experience, to plan and create the best experience for customers. You will build the plan, propose it to leadership and stakeholders, prioritize and incorporate feedback, and move toward execution while balancing results, challenges, and time-to-market. You’ll deliver impact and consider performance results in your plans and adjustments.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Be responsible for setting complex short and long-term strategies with far reaching impact for an entire product team
  • Generate high level insights from formative research, market gaps or cutting edge technical insights.
  • Engage closely with the Product  team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.
  • Understand customer needs and gather product requirements. Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
  • Design and drive the overall vision and product strategy to a coherent whole.
  • Create competitive Intel messaging and talking point to support demand gen.

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  •  8-10 years of Technical Product Management experience. 
  • Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
  • Experience working with cross-functional (e.g. engineering, UX/UI, Program Management, etc.) teams.
  • Fluent English Required 
Preferred qualifications: 
  • Degree in a technology or business related field.
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
  • Experience effectively working with multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
