POSITION OVERVIEW

WebPros is seeking a talented and experienced Global Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Global Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in empowering our global sales teams with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.

This role can work remote with a preference for candidates located in the EMEA region. This reflects our committment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce while accommodating the needs and preferences of our employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sales playbooks
  • Build and implement sales methodology
  • Drive operational efficiency
  • Coach AND train on SFDC, demo, and discovery best practice
  • Understand WebPros product knowledge and articulate value prop for the global sales organization
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and the product org to articulate value prop across our product ecosystem
  • Understand our ICP, personals and develop messaging and positioning to enable revenue growth
  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales representatives
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
  • Leverage current sales hub for effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • Proven track record of success in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner

  • Proven experience of success and consistent performance in a sales role
  • Ability to design sales programs

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to work remotely or in an office environment for extended periods of time; manual dexterity (eye/hand coordination); repetitive arm/hand movements; work remotely or in an office environment.

Specific abilities required by this job include: Near vision; hearing; ability to transport oneself as needed throughout the day; ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display.

WebPros/cPanel is a 24/7 operation and nontraditional or extended hours (including weekends) may be occasionally required.
