Summary:

WebPros is looking for an experienced, performance-driven, and innovative Director of Partner Marketing to lead, manage and grow our global partner marketing program. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver a program that reflects an aggressive global partner growth strategy. This role is located in Houston, Texas.

 

Responsibilities:
 

Partner Program Framework & Governance:

  • Own the partner marketing playbook for global and regional partners to drive demand generation growth and new customers: determine ideal partner marketing profiles, value proposition templates, messaging, co-marketing program structure (criteria, rewards, benefits) to accelerate acquiring new partners into the program and ramping to revenue
  • Deliver a world-class partner portal with relevant content, automation and program deliverables – including ownership, deal registration, business planning, MDF management, learning management tools and more
  • Develop and implement partner communication programs – segmented by partner profile, persona, content (product launch, demand generation campaigns), training, partner advisory councils

Partner acquisition & enablement

  • Support partner acquisition program; collaborate with sales and marketing teams to leverage and execute programs
  • Work with sales to package selling tools, planning templates, scorecards and pitches
  • Deliver the enablement program in partnership with sales to obtain high participation rates with partners in all regions
  • Create and deliver materials for ongoing enablement (presentations, program guides, FAQs, product launch materials etc)

Revenue acceleration

  • Create or repackage global campaigns and demand generation programs to be leveraged globally, and adapted to being partner-ready, handing over to the regional field marketing teams for the planning and execution of those campaign into partner GTM plans
  • In partnership with sales develop incentives and promotions to drive growth in specific partner segments

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong management and leadership experience
  • International experience and ability to drive global initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience of creating and developing global partner programs in the technology sector
  • A strong team player comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders (product marketing, field marketing, sales, etc)
  • Strong sense of initiative and ownership – outcome oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

 

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of partner marketing experience in the technology industry
