POSITION OVERVIEW

WebPros is seeking a Manager, Global Partner Growth Enablement to help accelerate WebPros partner enablement programs and initiatives. This role will be responsible for creating and executing external partner enablement content and programs to drive engagement, growth and awareness with WebPros partners.

This Global Partner will work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Partner Marketing, and Sales Operations to bring new programs to our partners. This person must be organized, have strong communication skills, sales skills, customer growth centric and have confidence in relationship building across all functions. We are looking for a true team player that is excited to work for a fast-paced organization!

This is a full-time, exempt position with medial, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), flexible PTO policy, and other employee perks.  This position can be remote within the US.  Candidates in Houston, TX have  the option to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective training and content for WebPros Channel partners
  • Facilitate Partner onboarding program
  • Develop Partner recognition program and growth enablement program
  • Support and facilitate Partner Enablement webinars & events
  • Leverage data to identify gaps and key learning opportunities for the partner community and leverage our partner university
  • Develop scaleable methods to introduce new content and training programs and drive partner growth
  • Partner with Sales team to determine the necessary training needed to optimize Sales activities
  • Assist with administration of partner sales certifications
  • Become an expert on WebPros solutions, sales process, tools such as Atlassian, Confluence, Salesforce.
  • Tier our partners and develop a strategy to drive growth and product adoption, education with tier 1 and long tail
 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+years of proven experience in Partner Enablement, Sales, Training, or a similar role
  • Prefer individuals that have worked with System Integrators, VARs, and/or Service Providers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and on-time delivery
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Experience is developing partner programs and value proposition to drive growth
  • Coordinate with relevant stake holders to run our partner advisory council


WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to work remotely or in an office environment for extended periods of time; manual dexterity (eye/hand coordination); repetitive arm/hand movements; work remotely or in an office environment.

Specific abilities required by this job include: Near vision; hearing; ability to transport oneself as needed throughout the day; ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display.

WebPros/cPanel is a 24/7 operation and nontraditional or extended hours (including weekends) may be occasionally required.
