Summary:

WebPros is looking for a Partner Program Manager to join our sales organization. This person will play an integral role in developing and executing the WebPros partner program. The individual that fills this position will have the opportunity to grow a world class partner program to ensure it meets the needs of our existing partners, as well as drive expansion opportunities into new partner channels.

As part of the Sales team, this role works closely with senior management, partner marketing, sales operations and product management. This role’s primary function is to improve partner effectiveness through the development and implementation of initiatives that drive partner growth, improve retention and increase operational efficiency.

The ideal location for this role is in Houston, Texas, although we will consider remote candidates.

‚ÄčEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a world class partner program that rivals the best partner programs in the industry today
  • Track and maintain a multi-type and multi-tier structure to support various types of partners
  • Manage criteria and benefits tables for each partner type and tier
  • Work closely with Partner Marketing and Sales resources to develop and scale appropriate incentive and reward models for our partners globally
  • Work cross-functionally to iterate on the partner portal experience and overall program web content
  • Create, maintain, and grow engagement programs in support of our partner community
  • Work with our partner sales team to iterate on certification programs and competency assessments
  • Bring your own ideas to help us build the best partner program in the industry

Required Skills:

• Experience building partner programs that drive growth and partner value

• Able to exhibit confidence in front of key executives

• Project management skills and strong attention to detail

• Easily adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet organizational goals

• Analytical approach to identifying partner opportunities and partner segmentation

• Ability to operate in dynamic environment with minimal supervision

• Team player with proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams

• Exceptional written and spoken communicator

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years working with partner programs in software industry

• Experience building a multi-tier partner programs

• System experience in support of driving partner engagement

• Bachelors degree
