Position Overview:
The Manager of Projects is responsible for collaboration with the VP of Product Development to arrange logistics and organize ongoing company projects. This role will provide project-level support duties to ensure project deliverables and releases are met. The Manager of Projects will be responsible for monitoring project plans and schedules, participating in stakeholder meetings, cross-division schedules and deliveries, and ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner for all company software projects. The individual will be knowledgeable and experienced with maintaining interrelationships between departments, teams, partners, clients, and vendors.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder and product owner meetings; distributes minutes to all participants
- Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Prepares necessary materials for meetings and presentations
- Provides regular and accurate status reports to management and ensures that project deadlines are met
- Evaluates potential risks to project completions, determining actions needed to keep projects on track
- Develops project strategies, identifying methods, resources, and tools needed for projects
- Ensures project documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Collaborates with Product Owners to provide coaching and guidance on solutions when project issues arise
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company

Additional Duties:
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
- Provides ad hoc reporting and presenting as needed
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business degree or related field of study preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- 3+ years agile software project experience;
- 3+ years of technical knowledge
- In depth technical knowledge of cPanel product a huge plus
- Competency in common office software such as iWorks, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures and
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, well organized, detail oriented, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Specific abilities required by this job include: Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds; Near vision; hearing; ability to transport oneself as needed throughout the day; ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of time; manual dexterity (eye/hand coordination); repetitive arm/hand movements
