Position Overview: The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating offline/online user designs focused on improving conversion rates, developing sales based marketing campaign, and contributing expert user experience knowledge toward projects that have a return on investment.   This role is an integral part of our Agile Delivery Team focused on the successful design and implementation of the user experience.


These are the essential duties for which you'll be responsible for

Essential Functions:   

  • Design/prototype user interface for business applications - web-based, mobile, etc.
  • Provide technical expertise and application development assistance in the design, development, testing and implementation of new user interfaces for existing and future applications. 
  • Perform as project lead for UI/UX development. 
  • Oversee and have hands-on development of user interfaces and their development lifecycle. 
  • Document requirements, specifications, and design process flow.
  • Work with IT development team to convert prototype mockups into rich, modern user interfaces.
  • Work with various departments across the organization to produce a wide range of innovative, user-centric solutions for optimal user experience.
  • Maintain graphic standards and consistency for different websites and digital platforms. 
  • Create graphics, illustrations, and content for: articles, editorials, blogs, message boards, web site, etc.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company

These are the skills, requirements, and experience we require

Eligibility Requirements:

  • 3+ years prior experience in UI/UX design and development for Web and Mobile (Portfolio Required)
  • Experience Designing marketing Materials. (Portfolio Required)
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, HTML5 and CSS.

  • Self-motivating: Must be proactive in staying up-to-date on current trends in both web hosting and marketing, while maintaining a high level of continuous development and self-learning.
  • Conflict resolution: Able to bring disagreements into the open and attempts to manage them collaboratively while providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Ability to work in an office environment. Specific abilities required by this job include: Near vision; hearing; ability to transport oneself as needed throughout the day; ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of time; manual dexterity (eye/hand coordination); repetitive arm/hand movements

  • cPanel is a 24/7 operation and nontraditional or extended hours (including weekends) may be required occasionally
