WebPros is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our revenue processes, driving efficiency, and maximizing revenue generation across our EMEA region. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketingteams to streamline operations and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in automation, enablement, and revenue operations, aside it’s strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Revenue Operations Management: 

  • Manage and optimize revenue operations from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention. 
Alignment with Sales and Marketing: 
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

Data-Driven Performance Improvement: 

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve performance, tracking key metrics such as lead conversion and retention rates. 
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: 
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements that enhance revenue operations and Go-to-Market. 

Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness: 

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify growth opportunities. 
Challenges Resolution: 
  • Identify and resolve challenges within the revenue operations process to ensure optimal performance. 
Industry Networking: 
  • Attend industry events to build relationships and promote revenue operations initiatives. 

Training and Support: 

  • Provide training and support on revenue operations best practices in enablement and engagement as well as on tools, including SFDC and others. 

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, Salesforce or similar CRM systems and enablement tools.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and process improvements in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working remotely or managing remote teams is a plus.


Ability to work remotely or in an office environment for extended periods of time; manual dexterity (eye/hand coordination); repetitive arm/hand movements; work remotely or in an office environment.

Specific abilities required by this job include: Near vision; hearing; ability to transport oneself as needed throughout the day; ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display.

WebPros/cPanel is a 24/7 operation and nontraditional or extended hours (including weekends) may be occasionally required.
