Description




The Marketing Specialist is a cross-functional role responsible for effectively working with the marketing team to promote the brand and product and increase revenue growth through marketing initiatives. This position requires,marketing and analytical skills and the ability to conceive and develop innovative marketing strategies that will generate revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identifies new revenue generating opportunities and their business priorities to reach company revenue target
  • Utilizes formal marketing knowledge to complete backlog items and contribute to the overall direction of the team
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company
  • Exemplify the Core Values of Integrity, Respect, Collaboration and Follow-through

Eligibility Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a B2B/channel Marketing position
  • Experience with standard business software such as Microsoft Office or iWork required.
  • Prior experience with formal marketing research
  • Familiarity with social media, SEO, PPC, email and website marketing, online analytics and more
  • Familiarity with Linux or the web hosting industry is a plus but, not required

Individual Qualifications

Business Acumen :  Able to navigate complex business models and generate potential revenue ideas. 

Marketing Knowledge : Content, digital marketing, analytics, and campaign development. 

Projections/Predictions: Able to develop projections and statistics that will be used to make decisions.


Education/Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a B2B/channel Marketing position

  • Travel -  Frequent local and overnight travel required, including interstate travel by air
